Crikex Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the Crikex platform at crikex.vin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crikex. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all areas of the Crikex platform, including sports betting, cricket markets, the game lobby, live casino tables, slot games, fish games, the VIP programme, bonuses, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and all customer support interactions.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Crikex you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Crikex does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not currently hold another active Crikex account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.

Crikex reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Common documents requested include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or a recent utility bill. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Account Responsibilities

Your Crikex account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your login details with any other person, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Crikex customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Crikex will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Account sharing — allowing another person to place bets or play games using your credentials — is a breach of these Terms.

4Deposits & Payments

Crikex accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and standard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no minimum deposit fee applied by Crikex, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits on Crikex are for gaming purposes only. By making a deposit you confirm that the funds are your own and that they are not derived from any criminal activity. Crikex does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.

• Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect in your Crikex balance within a few minutes.
• Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Crikex does not charge a deposit processing fee on our side, though your bank or mobile wallet may have their own fees.
• If a deposit does not reflect after the expected processing time, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Crikex reserves the right to reverse or withhold deposits that are flagged as suspicious, duplicated or associated with fraudulent payment activity. In such cases the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method rather than credited to your gaming balance.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Crikex are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) and your deposited funds must have met the minimum activity requirement as described in these Terms.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed as quickly as practically possible. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods.
• Crikex reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above the standard threshold.
• Withdrawal requests linked to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until the rollover is completed.
• Funds deposited but never used in a game or bet may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Crikex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion, which are stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all Crikex promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game types for each bonus are stated at the point of offer on the Promotions page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one per person, household and device.
• Crikex reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a player attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed.
• Crikex reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.

Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — will have their account suspended and any bonus funds forfeited. Crikex's determination of bonus abuse is final.

7Sports Betting Rules

Crikex offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, unless the bet is placed in-play and the odds change before confirmation is received.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, Crikex's settlement rules for that sport will determine how the bet is settled. Generally, if fewer than the required overs are bowled in a cricket match, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• For PSL and T20 international matches, live in-play betting markets may be suspended briefly during stoppages, wickets or rain delays. This is standard practice and does not constitute an error.
• Crikex reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical or human error. In such cases the stake will be returned to your account.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the betting section of the platform.
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed at the time of placing a wager.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on the Crikex platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game studio and is not altered by Crikex.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in disconnection policy. If the round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. Their game-specific rules apply in addition to these general Terms.
• Fish shooting games involve both skill and chance elements. Prizes are determined by the in-game mechanics of each title.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change. A jackpot payout constitutes a prize, not a Crikex guaranteed payment obligation beyond the jackpot fund balance.
• Game histories and bet records are maintained by Crikex and are available for review in your account transaction history.

If you believe a game has produced an incorrect result, contact customer support within 72 hours of the disputed round with the relevant game round ID. Crikex will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made after reviewing game logs are final.

9Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Crikex is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to place bets, spin slots or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known glitch are void.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using insider or privileged information to place sports bets — for example, knowledge of a fixed match or undisclosed player injury.
• Attempting to launder money or use Crikex as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Crikex support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses more than once.

Crikex monitors platform activity continuously. Any account found to be in breach of these fair play rules will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance held — including winnings derived from the prohibited conduct — will be forfeited.

10VIP Programme

The Crikex VIP programme rewards regular players with points accumulated through normal gameplay across all game types — sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games and arcade titles. VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the programme's defined reward structure.

• VIP tier benefits — including withdrawal speed, weekly limits, dedicated support and bonus credits — are described on the VIP page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• VIP status may be reviewed periodically. Accounts that breach these Terms may have VIP status removed regardless of points balance.
• VIP points cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged outside the programme.

11Account Suspension & Closure

Crikex may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same person, household or device.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance associated with the breach may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach — for example, at your own request — your available balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Crikex customer support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect as quickly as technically possible.

12Privacy & Data

Crikex collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals and general platform use. The types of data collected and how they are used are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

By registering on Crikex you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Contact customer support to exercise these rights.

13Responsible Gaming

Crikex believes that gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity sensibly:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Crikex account.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been logged in and how much you have spent in the current session.

14Limitation of Liability

Crikex provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally affect availability.

• Crikex is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, provided they are not the result of our own negligence and are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• Crikex is not liable for losses on bets placed based on publicly available information that subsequently proves inaccurate — for example, published team lineups that change before a match.
• Crikex's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits Crikex's liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15Amendments to Terms

Crikex reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Crikex platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.
